Mechanimix GM

The Mechanimix GM is a self-priming impeller used effectively in industrial processes. The GM’s hollow shaft draws gas and forces it through specially shaped gas channels. The vacuum pressure created by the impeller’s rotation draws the gas into the liquid. Baffles in the gas channels draw the liquid and direct the gas to the outlet points where it disperses.

This system increases process efficiency by providing high mass transfer. Unlike conventional turbines, the Mechanimix GM’s design is more resistant to flooding and allows for higher gas feed rates. The combination of the Mechanimix GM and Mechanimix GDM maximizes process efficiency by optimizing the use of pure gas in reactions such as hydrogenation.
